Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions (“Online Store Terms”) apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, when you shop via the EuroCoffee.ae website (“the Website”) and the online store. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By registering at the online store you accept and agree to be bound by the Online Store Terms and the terms and conditions of the Website (“Website Terms”) which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and EuroCoffee LLC.

EuroCoffee reserves the right to alter these Online Store Terms from time to time.
References in this document to "the online store" refer to the EuroCoffee online store at www.eurocoffee.ae operated by EuroCoffee LLC.

If any Online Store Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that Online Store Term shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Online Store Terms.


EuroCoffee are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

EuroCoffee validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, EuroCoffee will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

EuroCoffee accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.

EuroCoffee accepts payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer and EuroCoffee. EuroCoffee will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us or you fail our security checks, EuroCoffee will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


If online store products become temporarily unavailable, EuroCoffee shall hold your order until EuroCoffee has the product back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then EuroCoffee will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.


EuroCoffee LLC reserves the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.

The customer will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.


Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 (two) working days of placing the order. Whilst EuroCoffee makes every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. EuroCoffee shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.

Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

EuroCoffee LLC are authorized to share your personal information with third parties who are used to fulfill your order or satisfy our obligations to you.


This online store uses the latest 128bit security encryption to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site.

EuroCoffee LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.

United Arab Emirates is EuroCoffee LLC country of domicile.

EuroCoffee LLC accepts payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the required AED currency. If "Credit Card Online" is selected as the payment methods then the details on Customer ID (Card holders ID)should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

The ownership of the machine remains with EuroCoffee LLC for the entire duration of the consignment period.

The warranty (Inclusive of parts & labor) lasts for the time of the rental period.
Any cost related to carelessness in safeguarding the machine will be charged to the customer.
The coffee capsules / ingredients must be purchased from EuroCoffee LLC only. If customer fails to do so EuroCoffee reserve the right to immediately remove the machine.
The customer should give written notice of 21 days before the end of the contract period.
If the customer wishes to terminate their contract at any time during the contract period, it is possible to do so with a written notice of 21 days.
EuroCoffee LLC does not refund for unused products at any time unless the contract is terminated by EuroCoffee LLC without justification.
EuroCoffee LLC guarantees product supply throughout the contract period. At any such time as products are not available, an alternative solution shall be provided and the customer shall be given sufficient warning.
EuroCoffee LLC reserves the rights to remove their machines at anytime during the consignment period with a 21 day notice period.


Installation (machine installation shall be done on the following day after the contract is signed or within 48 hours)
Services (machine services shall be provided monthly on our machines by our fully qualified technician)
Maintenance (full maintenance of our machines is the responsibility of EuroCoffee LLC)
Machine Replacement (at any such time as your machine may need replacement, an alternative shall be provided should we not be able to fix the problem within 48 hours)
Deliveries (we have 5 full time delivery drivers including our Express Delivery motor bike which works in emergency cases, delivery within 24 hours Minimum two boxes).


Full Refunds If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
